While it still remains to be seen when the puck will drop on the 2020-21 NOJHL campaign, the Timmins Rock continue to fine tune their roster in anticipation.

The Rock have announced they have traded 2001-birth-year defender Aidan Milne to the Elmira Sugar Kings, of the GOJHL, in exchange for a player development fee.

It is the second deal between the two squads this off season, as the Rock dealt back-up goalie Vance Meyer to the Sugar Kings in exchange for a player development fee back on July 17.

At 6-5 and 184 pounds, Milne (43, 3-3-6, 25) was physically one of the most imposing presences on the Rock blue-line in 2019-20.

The Rock had acquired Milne from his hometown Oshawa Generals U18 ‘AAA’ squad prior to that campaign.
