You are expected to report to camp in top physical condition. Bring your own on and off-ice equipment (shorts, sweats, running shoes etc.)

APPLICATION DEADLINE – Friday – August 19th – 6:00 PM EST
Camp Fee applies ONLY to players who have NOT yet received Commitment for the upcoming season.
Non-Commitment players are responsible for their own expenses until signed.

Step 2
- print, complete and scan Registration Form
- print, complete and scan Medical Questionnaire
- obtain and scan signed Permission to Skate from current team (NOHA Minor to Junior – if applicable)
- USA Hockey players print, complete and scan USA Hockey Try-out Notice

Email scanned documents to president@timminsrock.com
We will confirm your registration upon receipt of fee and all required documentation.
Any declined applications will be notified accordingly and be refunded in full without delay.
