SUDBURY, Ont. – The Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League announced Sunday the game schedule for its upcoming East Division semifinal playoff series between the Timmins Rock and Iroquois Falls Storm.
Action in the best-of-seven affair begins Friday, March 22 in a 7:30 p.m. start at McIntyre Arena in Timmins.
The Rock will also host Game 2, which goes Sunday, March 24 at 3 p.m., at ‘The Mac.’
Jus Jordan Arena in Iroquois Falls will serve as the venue for the third and fourth contests in series.
They are slated for Tuesday, March 26 and Thursday, March 28, in a pair of 7:30 p.m. starts.
If necessary, Game 5 goes Friday, March 29 in Timmins at 7:30 p.m.
Should a sixth game be required, it will be held on Sunday, March 31 and will feature a 3 p.m. face off in Iroquois Falls.
The Rock would then host a Game 7, if needed, on Tuesday, April 2 at 7:30 p.m.
Awaiting the winner will be either the Hearst Lumberjacks or Powassan Voodoos, who meet in the other East divisional semifinal.
That game schedule will be released, once finalized.
All NOJHL playoff games will be streamed live, and on demand, via FLOHockey.tv.
